Munich, 20 November 2013. The outstanding rating success of The Christmas Ornament has set Hallmark US into a festive mood. Watched by nearly 6.1 million unduplicated viewers, the movie has propelled Hallmark Channel to rank as #1 in Prime Time and made the Channel outperform all broadcast networks. 

The enchanting movie starring Kellie Martin (“Army Wives”, “ER”), Cameron Mathison (“All My Children”) and Jewel Staite (“The Killing”) boosted Hallmark Channel to be the number one cable network in Prime Time among 25-54 year old viewers for the entire week.

The movie speaks for itself as becoming the 2nd most watched telecast in the networks history amoung HH and 3rd amoung total viewers (P2). The two hour film was directed by Mark Jean and produced by Front Street Pictures Production in association with Ornamental Productions Ltd.
