Beta’s Kids&Family celebrates NRK’s “Shame”

Munich, 21 March 2016. Beta Films Kids&Family slate is headed by brand new way of Kids TV, based on web-format shows. Following in the footsteps of the success of the NRK Super-format Young Girls isthe new Norwegian talk of the town: Shame. Running daily with the tremendous webratings online and weekly as webcast, the goal of Shame is to convince the 16-year-olds that they don’t have to compare themselves to others and overcome the feeling of permanent failure. The scripted web format for every platform depicts realistic and honest real life stories. The heartwarming but ‘freezing’ NRK Super docu-reality series Mission Arctic (10 x 30’) is about four kids showing us how to make a difference in undertaking an expedition to the North Pole to gain insight into the global challenge of climate change. In the German box office hit Ghosthunters - On Icy Trails (110’) slimy green ghost Hugo appears in little Tom’s life in need of his help. They become friends and together set off to save the town.
